Chat agents built for the questions your customers already type.

Purple Collar Systems is an Ogden AI automation agency. Each agent is built in Chatling, trained on your own material, and placed on the website or messaging apps your customers already use.

Installed for the front of the business, not a call center.
Written conversations only.

Website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Messenger. Not phone calls.

Trained on your business.

Your site, FAQs, policies, menus, and uploaded documents. Not a generic script.

A person stays available.

The agent can hand a chat to your staff, with a summary, when the question needs a person.

What gets built

A working agent, fitted to one business.

Chatling is the workshop. Purple Collar Systems takes the finished agent and installs it for the client. The build is limited to what Chatling can actually do.

01

Answers from your material

Hours, services, pricing notes, policies, and common questions, answered from the pages and files you provide. Knowledge can be resynced so the agent is not stuck on an old menu or an old policy.

02

Lead capture

Name, email, phone number, and the questions you care about, collected in chat or on a form inside the chat. Leads can be emailed, written to Google Sheets, or sent to HubSpot.

03

Booking, when Cal.com is connected

If the business already uses Cal.com, customers can book inside the chat. Purple Collar Systems does not invent a booking system, and does not connect calendars Chatling does not support.

04

Support tickets and handoff

A chat can create a Zendesk or HubSpot ticket, send an email, or move to a person on your team. Live chat is for your staff. The agent does not replace them.

05

Guided flows, when control matters

Chatling also builds step-by-step chatbots: menus, buttons, and fixed questions. Useful when the path should stay the same every time, such as a new-patient form or a catering request.

06

A lookup, if you already have an API

An agent can call an external system with an HTTP request — an order status, a membership check — only when that system already exposes an endpoint. No API, no lookup.

Where it lives

Five channels. One agent.

A Chatling AI agent can be connected to more than one of these at the same time. The website widget installs with a snippet on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and similar sites.

Website chat WhatsApp Instagram Messenger Telegram

WhatsApp requires a WhatsApp Business number that is not already tied to a personal WhatsApp account. Instagram and Messenger connect through the business’s Meta account.

Clinics

FAQs, new-patient questions, and a booking widget if Cal.com is already in use.

Gyms & studios

Membership questions, trial leads, and class questions from the studio’s own pages.

Restaurants

Hours, menu, allergens from the menu you supply, and catering inquiries. Not phone reservations.

Home services

Service-area questions and a qualified lead written to email or a sheet. Not dispatch by phone.

Clear scope

What Purple Collar Systems will and will not sell.

The offer stops where Chatling stops. That is the point of the engagement.

Included, when the job needs it

  • An AI agent, a guided chatbot, or both, built in Chatling.
  • Training on the website, documents, FAQs, and policies you provide.
  • Lead forms, buttons, and email notifications.
  • Google Sheets, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, Airtable, or Zoho, where those connections fit the job.
  • Cal.com booking inside the chat.
  • Human handoff to your team, with office hours and an AI summary on handoff.
  • Replies in the customer’s language. Chatling supports 80+ languages.
  • A short operating note for the person who will watch the inbox.

Not part of the work

  • Answering or placing phone calls. Chatling has no voice channel.
  • SMS campaigns or a text-message inbox.
  • A replacement for the person who picks up the phone.
  • Native OpenTable, Dentrix, or other calendars that are not Cal.com.
  • Order, membership, or account lookups unless your system already has an API.
  • A promise that the agent is correct beyond the material you supply.
  • Ongoing Chatling subscription fees. Those stay on the client’s Chatling account.

How a job runs

Short build. Local install.

01

The questions

We list what customers already ask in writing: hours, price, service area, policies, and the lead fields you want saved.

02

The build

The agent is trained in Chatling, tested against your pages, and given only the actions the job needs.

03

The install

The widget goes on the site, or the messaging account is connected. Your staff gets the handoff path and a plain-language note.

Founder

Emmanuel Rodriguez

Based in Ogden. Purple Collar Systems builds the agent in Chatling and delivers it fitted to the business. Service is for Ogden first, and for other Utah businesses that want the same written-channel setup.

Pricing is scoped per job. There is no published package price, because a menu bot and a HubSpot-connected lead agent are not the same build.

This draft site does not store inquiries on a server. Submitting opens your email app to Emmanuel, or shows the message to copy if no mail app is available. Set the address in the page before publishing.
